Why aren't my favourite clump of daffodils?

producing any flowers?

Why aren't my favourite clump of daffodils?
Did you remove the leaves from it last year before they dried up? That is a common mistake people make with bulb plants. Plants that grow from bulbs need the nutrients that are in the greens to be absorbed back into the bulb in order for it to have the energy it needs to flower the following year. Let them dry up this year before cutting off the leaves. They should be fine again next year.
Reply:maybe you planted them in a leap year and its not their birthday.. not coming up this year for celebration, you watch they will be back
Reply:Could they be overcrowded? Sometimes, too, they need feeding after a few years. Usually it is recommended to feed them at planting time, mid-season, and right after. If you have not amended the soil or fed them, they just might be running out of steam.

Als, is it time yet? There are early, mid-season, and late- blooming types.
Reply:late frost may have burnt the tips, mine have done the same this year
Reply:If you cut them back last year then they wont flower. They need to be left to photosynthesise. Or they could have been rotted in the bad rain.
Reply:If they have been in the ground for a number of years the bulbs will have been splitting making small bulbs which will not flower in the first year, you will just get leaves. Wait until the end of spring when the leaves die back then lift the bulbs separate them place them on a mesh tray or laid out in a wooden box and put in a cool dry place until September then replant. The larger bulbs should flower next year the smaller ones the year after.
Reply:they go what is called "Blind" Ever few years to let the bulk rekindle itself. Did YOU FEED the folliage with Bonemeal. They like this after flowering
Reply:I have not idea, I do know that there are loads blooming in Northamptonshire! Fabulous.
Reply:this could be a few things, one it could be that you rode over them with the mower as they were coming out of the ground , two could be rabbits/vermin have eaten the tips as they were coming out of the ground, three could be either of one or two could have happened last year and the bulb hasnt fully recovered.

or they need a bit longer to flower.
