For me, its watching things grow again...the grass turning green, the tulips and daffodils blooming, the lilacs budding, watching leaves form on the maples, and just smelling the freshness of the earth. We live in Michigan, and it was a long winter, with lots of snow, and it really has made spring glorious!
What is your favorite thing about spring?
It simply seems like the world comes back to life!!

Reply:Sure sign of spring: Dung beetles come out of hibernation recycling puppy poops which means no shoveling for me. The only thing good about winter is frozen feces are easier to pick up.
Watching for seedlings to sprout, identifying which flowers germinated, vegie sprouts, WARM weather. Seeing the potential buds on gardenia, watching the peaches mature, wild strawberries, asparagus so tasty fresh. Ah, spring!
Reply:I agree with all of the aspects of Spring that you mentioned. However the best thing is that it is the end of snowmobile season and the beginning of motorcycle season.
