I love the flowers, I love the daffodils, I love the fireside when all the lights are low, boom de a da boom de a da...
Thats a song that we used to always sing in elementary school, and it recently has been stuck in my head. I distinctly remember that there was a second verse (something about "I love the city lights) and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know it?
I love the mountains, I love the rolling hills...?
I Love the Daffodils
I like the flowers
I love the daffodils
I like the mountains
I love the rolling hills
I like the fireside
When the lights are high
bom di ada, bom di ada, bom di ada, bom
bom di ada, bom di ada, bom di ada, bom
I like the flowers
I love the daffodils
I like the mountains
I love the rolling hills
I like the fireside
When the lights are low
Reply:Well according to troop 362 they've got several verses, but maybe they just made them up:
I love the mountains. I love the rolling hills. I love the flowers and the daffodils. I love to live, and live to love, for all these wonderful things... Boom de ad ah Boom de ah da, etc.
Living in tents and cabins under the watch of God, he made the pathways that our feet have trod. So I will live, and live to love, for all these wonderful things... Boom de ah da, etc.
I love the clouds, shining up above. I have a friend that's shown me faith and love. So I will live, and live to love, for all these wonderful things... Boom de ah da, etc.
I love the mornings, I love the sunrise. I love the evenings and the starry skies. So I will live, and live to love for all these wonderful things... Boom de ah da, etc., etc. Boom!
Reply:I don't know the second verse... maybe someone made it up? Have you seen the new discovery channel commercial?
