You're actually confusing two books. The Princess is the one whose horses were named after mountains. She was featured in both Break-In and Bolt.
Daffodil Quentin did have horses that died suspiciously, though. I'll leave it up to the first poster to look them up, though!
But were you looking for the names of the horses with the mountain names, or did you really want Daffodil's horses names? The Princess had ones named Col, Kinley, Cotopaxi....those are all I can remember.
